New Hero Arts Holiday Goodness...
Hello.
I am so excited about Hero's new holiday line. SO much good stuff - stamps and embellishments.
We have been sharing samples over on the Hero Arts blog, and I thought I would share some of my cards and favorites stamps here.
If you are interested in buying any, you can get them from my favorite stores - 2Peas (HERE), Simon Says Stamps (HERE), Eclectic Paperie (HERE) and Ellen Hutson (HERE).
THIS background just makes my heart happy. Works perfect on any occassion card... loved using it on THIS card...
For supplies and info, click HERE.
HERE is that gorgeous background...
And how about something a bit cutesy? THIS one fits the bill...
For supplies and info, click HERE.
Then there is some fun with big snowflakes on THIS card...
For supplies and info, click HERE.
Yummy snowflakes HERE...
Many people have asked me what my must-haves are, so I thought I would list some here.
- I, like many others, have wanted a music background for ages. And THIS one, as I mentioned, is perfect for any time of year.
- THIS background will be great all year round. My new never-put-away-since-I-use-it-so-much stamp.
- My favorite embellishment? Self-adhesive lace. THIS cream is delightful, as is the white HERE. I usually don't like self-adhesive trims, but this is well done and sticks good.
- And, if you don't want the adhesive, try THIS.
- THIS one is another great-for-any-card stamp. You will see it used a lot here.
- THIS funky reindeer looks fab with a huge google eye.
- Talk about classy... lovin' THESE leaves.
- I love how sophisticated THIS set is... and THIS one.
- Great set of holiday greetings HERE.
- THIS wreath can be used in so many ways.
And, while I am enabling - ha - be sure to check out all THESE new 6x6 Basic Grey paper pads. Yummmm. (Click on each photo for a closer look and info.)
And, Crate Paper has some great 6x6 pads HERE I had to grab...
OH! And I have a holiday class on September 8 at Stamp Your Art Out where I will be doing lots of techniques using these new products. This is repeat of the Stampaway holiday class. It will be fun - call 513/793/4558 to sign up.
Have a good one. I am off to meet Lucy and Kathy tomorrow... and then to teach at Angela's Happy Stamper. So excited!
I have a bunch of the new HA on order... I love that music background, need to add that one. :) And I can't wait for you to come to Montreal this fall! I'm really looking forward to your classes... we're all so psyched that you're coming!

Just a few more days!! I'm so excited to learn from you!
I didn't realize the Distress embossing powders could be sparkly. I like the yellowy/gold powder. Do you remember what it's called? It wasn't listed on the HA supply list.

You are one big ENABLER, GIRL! Of course I had to check out all the sites you mentioned and spend some money. Like I need one more Christmas stamp!!! I've already ordered a lot of the stamps you showcased! Your cards are adorable as usual. I completely agree with you regarding the music sheet. So many things can be done with it. Now I'll have to look in the want ads for a job to pay for all my new goodies. Have a super week-end. Hope you are feeling better.
